CUSTOM KITCHEN

Garofano

Bari · 2026

Garofano it's a bespoke kitchen of rare essentiality: a single line, long and composed,
where the matt white of the base interacts with the glossy dove grey of the central wall units.
No handle interrupts the design – the doors open with a continuous throat,
milled into the wood, which gives the wall the rhythm of a large tailored backdrop.
The backrest in statuary marble-effect stoneware, with its graphic and generous veining,
it is the visual heart of the room: the material that signs the composition.

A continuous line, two subjects in dialogue

The whole bespoke kitchen It extends along a single wall, designed like a ribbon that crosses the room from one end to the other. The base is lacquered matte white—velvety to the touch, dry to the eye—while the central band of wall units plays with a glossy dove gray lacquer that captures the light and doubles the depth of the countertop.
Above, a second row of matte white wall units completes the composition all the way to the ceiling, seamlessly integrating the concealed extractor fan. Everything is hand-painted in our workshop in Bari, with sanding between coats giving the surfaces a depth that's only noticeable upon closer inspection.

The backrest as a material gesture

A large stoneware backsplash with a statuary marble effect runs between the countertop and the wall units: pure white, crossed by dark, vibrant, asymmetrical veins. It's a design that changes with each slab, and here it's been book-matched to create an almost pictorial mirrored composition.
The hidden LED lighting illuminates it from above and below, giving it the brightness of a real marble slab. It is in this detail that the custom kitchen reveals its nature: each material is chosen and cut to dialogue with the wood, the light and the geometry of the room.

The study of the invisible

Garofano's elegance lies in what's not immediately apparent: the exposed birch plywood drawers with integrated steel cutlery holders; the dish drainer hidden inside a dedicated wall unit, seamlessly blending in with the façade design; and the technical lighting cut into the plasterboard of the suspended ceiling, perfectly aligned with the kitchen front.
Garofano It is the demonstration of what a really means bespoke kitchen Designed by Coletta Ebanisteria: no gesture is decorative, every detail serves a purpose, and everything is tailored to the home with the precision of fifty years of artisanal craftsmanship in Bari.
