Gelsomino it's a custom bathroom furniture where the heat of the Canaletto walnut
meet the light of the blue stone with copper veins. A cozy environment,
conceived as a treasure chest: each element - from the monolithic sink to the cantilevered shelves,
from the backlit mirror to the walk-in shower — it is designed and created to interact with the proportions of the room.
A stone that tells a story
The coating in blue stone It is the true protagonist of Gelsomino: the copper veins draw irregular trajectories that cross the floor, walls and tops, creating a unique and unrepeatable material effect.
The washbasin It is carved from the same slab as the top: a tailored choice that eliminates any discontinuity and transforms a functional element into a sculpture. The front of the cabinet is also clad in the same stone, seamlessly blending with the top.
Wood as a counterpoint
The Canaletto walnut It forms the base of the cabinet and the open shelves suspended above the sink. The side doors open with a push-pull mechanism, leaving the surface clean, without visible handles, while the central doors introduce a discreet metallic detail that recalls the grain of the stone.
The effect is that of a custom bathroom furniture calibrated on contrasts: the mineral freshness of blue and the enveloping warmth of wood.
The light, the detail
The backlit mirror with its curved profile it floats on the wall like a full moon, while the cantilevered walnut shelves organize the space without weighing it down.
