CUSTOM ENTRYWAY

Geranio

Bari · 2026

Geranio it's a custom entryway Enveloped in wood and the warm glow of terracotta, vertical oak slats rise along the wall and curve toward the ceiling, creating a threshold that is already architecture: a small, material tunnel that accompanies the visitor from the front door to the heart of the space.
A suspended solid oak shelf and a large vertical mirror close the dialogue, offering a welcoming Mediterranean touch upon arrival.

Wood that becomes a threshold

The entire composition stems from a single idea: to transform a passageway into a continuous volume. The oak slats—milled individually, set with regular shutters—run up the wardrobe wall and continue seamlessly to the ceiling, creating an enveloping volume that warms the white walls.
THE''custom entryway It thus becomes a small domestic porch, a clearinghouse between the outside and inside of the house, where the wood material acts as a counterpoint to the antique pink of the spatula-finished wall and the light oak-effect stoneware of the floor.

A wardrobe that is a facade

Behind the vertical slats, two floor-to-ceiling doors open onto a fully equipped wardrobe: shelves above for boxes and cases, a central hanging rail, and a free-standing area below. The stitched leather handle marks the two doors with a tailored detail that complements the warm oak tones.
Everything is designed to integrate meters, electrical panels, and home automation within the space itself, giving the room a clean, rhythmic, and continuous facade. It is in this balance between appearance and function that the tailor-made entrance reveals its nature: what is seen is order, what it preserves is everyday life.

The shelf, the mirror, the welcoming gesture

On the opposite side, a solid oak console table—with a clean, slightly beveled profile—rests on a vertical mirror that extends from the floor to the wooden ceiling. A place for keys, a reflection for a last glance, a hint of bergamot: small touches, crafted like true furnishings.
The ceiling slats are hand-sanded and finished with natural oil, allowing the wood to breathe and mature over time. Linear lighting integrated between each slat illuminates the oak from within, giving it the depth of a living material.
Geranio It is the demonstration of what a really means custom entryway Designed by Coletta Ebanisteria: a threshold that doesn't separate, but accompanies; a piece handcrafted in our Bari workshop, so that entering your home becomes a small, warm daily ritual once again.
